Very nice clean and safe environment for everyone to learn in. Bad Habits BarbershopTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. John is an excellent teacher. My daughter started a couple months ago and has been excelling since her first visit! Tanner HeffnerTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great coach who pays attention to everyone to make sure we pick up what's going on. If someone isn't understanding something, John goes out of his way to try to find another way to explain it. Top notch instruction and a top notch gym. Never a shortage of people to roll with. John has created a great culture and the people are great. Regular GuyTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great culture, in a clean and safe gym. The instructor, John Clark, provides thoroughly explained techniques in a low-stress, friendly atmosphere. This is NOT one of those "everyone is a tough-guy" gym, where every training session is a possibility to get injured or in a fist fight. The rolls are heavily supervised by the instructor, and each of his students demonstrates a palpable "we're all here to learn and make each other better, together" attitude. If you've never trained before, this is the place to start because you'll be raised right. If you've been training for years, this is a great gym to help your game find another gear. Andrew CollinsTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The school was very clean and the instructor was friendly and knowledgeable with an emphasis on safety. Overall great atmosphere. 10/10 would recommend to anyone wanting to get into better shape, learn self defense, and/or make some new friends.
